Why Join a Personal fitness exercise group in Sydney ?

Group Fitness and Exercise programs can be an awesome way to stay fit and keep you on track to reaching your health and fitness goals.

A typical Group fitness class may include some body weight exercise, circuit training, fitness  boxing or all of the above.

When I run my group fitness classes in Sydney I try to administer a balanced workout for the participants.

A balanced workout requires consideration of the participants strengths and weaknesses, the addressing of muscular length /tension balance , and exercises that address the different energy systems as well as skill acquisition and flexibility.

it is just as import when choosing a group fitness class that your facilitator has a full  understanding of the requirements of the human body from a functional anatomy view point.

To many trainers pull exercises out of thin air with no logical reason or thought put into why a particular exercise should be prescribed.

The other day I saw a trainer with his clients having harnesses and tires tied to their backs.

While this might be great for individual endeavoring to participate in strong man competitions , advanced athletes and adrenalin fueled young guys, it is totally inappropriate for the general population.

if you are participating in a group exercise fitness class make sure you train with a professional and not a cowboy who puts your health and well being  at risk.
